Queen Saphire-"A Huge Confidence Boost"

One of the things I love most about boudoir is how it can shift the way someone sees themselves—just by showing up and letting themselves be seen in a new light. This session was all about that. She came in wanting to see herself the way everyone should get to see themselves: strong, beautiful, and worthy of feeling good in their own skin.

And honestly, it was such a relaxed, easygoing shoot. We laughed through the poses, didn’t overthink a thing, and just had fun with it. Watching her confidence grow right in front of me was the kind of quiet, powerful moment that reminds me why I do what I do.

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

I wanted to see myself in a light that everyone should see themselves in—a light that showcases that everyone is absolutely beautiful in their own way.

What was your favourite part of the session?

All the fun poses and fun atmosphere, very fun! 

What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image?  Tell me your story.

I have struggled to see myself as beautiful. While I know I am not ugly, I had some insecurities that, with this shoot, won't be around anymore. It was a huge confidence boost to see myself in a different light. 

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

It wasn't what I expected—it was better! It was super relaxed and easy to do this photo shoot. Everything was explained so well, and it was wonderful. 

What was the best part of your experience?

The best part was the guidance for the poses and not having to worry about hair and makeup!
