Queen Jenn-"Proud To Look In The Mirror"
Hey lovely ladies!
One of my favourite things about boudoir is that there really isn't one “right” reason to do it! Sometimes you're celebrating a milestone, sometimes you're trying something completely outside your comfort zone, and sometimes you just need a day that feels a little different from the ones you've been having lately! I also know that walking into a studio and stepping in front of a camera can feel pretty vulnerable; that's why my job isn't to expect you to magically feel confident the second you walk through the door, but to instead make the whole thing feel easy enough that you can relax, laugh, and be yourself! When a Queen like the stunning Queen J tells me she walked away feeling lighter, happier, or simply more like herself, that's the stuff that means the most to me!

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If so, how does your shoot with Quinn compare to your prior experience?
I have done a shoot before. It was a night-and-day experience with Quinn. She had me laughing, feeling comfortable, and most importantly, feeling gorgeous!
Why did you do your boudoir shoot?
I’ve recently been through a lot of loss: 3 deaths in 2 months, 2 of which were incredibly close to my soul and my heart. I’d been living in a depressive state for weeks and weeks. I’ve been following Quinn for years; I had the means to do a shoot, so I took the chance and booked it. I needed something to make me feel alive!
What was your favourite part of the session?
She felt like one of my best friends for years. It was professional, but also literally like hanging out with my bestie and taking photos. She provides such an incredible atmosphere!
What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? Tell me your story.
I can’t stop looking at my images!! When I first saw some of them, I cried. Quinn made my biggest insecurities look beautiful and divine. Like someone I should be proud to look at in the mirror. Someone who IS worth it and to keep fighting!
Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?
It was more than I was expecting. I was worried it would be awkward and hard like the first one, but it was quite the opposite.
What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?
I wouldn’t change a single thing. The whole experience was the best part. Looking at my images made my soul feel happy!
Is there anything extra you would like to tell us?
Don’t hum and haw about booking a shoot. Quinn makes the experience more than worth it. I’m honestly upset it took me so long to book with her. But I’m so incredibly thankful I have the memories now!
