Every now and then, a boudoir session becomes less about finding confidence and more about celebrating the self-love that’s already there. There's something incredibly powerful about witnessing a woman who knows her worth, steps into the studio with intention, and uses boudoir as a way to honour the connection she already has with herself. Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

I did this as part of my self-discovery journey. I recently realized that I've been so consumed with being a mom and a boss that I've forgotten how to just be a woman. This experience was part of reconnecting with my sexy, beautiful self!

What was your favourite part of the session?

The final set in the bedroom was definitely my favourite. I felt so relaxed and in tune with my body, and I think the pictures show that!

What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? Tell me your story.

This may sound strange, but the shoot didn't really change anything about my confidence. I'm already pretty grounded in my own value. But the pictures are amazing external reminders of my power and beauty—for those days and moments when I need to be reminded.

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

It was more or less what I expected. I didn't realize there were different "sets," so that was fun!

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

Getting to see the final images! They were even hotter than I expected lol!
