Queen M - "The last step in my healing journey"

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If so, how does your shoot with Quinn compare to your prior experience?

I haven't! It was a great experience.

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

I wanted to do something I have never done. Push my boundaries and see what I can do.

What was your favourite part of the session?

I loved the whole thing, but my favorite part was being treat like a queen. Getting hair and make up done and having a day just about me was incredible.

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

I did this shoot for me. I have ALWAYS struggled with self image and feeling like I was good enough for anyone, or anything. Three years ago I had a breakdown and ended up in the hospital and my Mom passed away from cancer. My self image and doubful thoughts were at the worst they had ever been. I started doing therapy and after a lot of hard work I have learned to love and accept myself. This photo shoot was the last step in my healing journey.

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. But it was an amazing experience, I don't have one thing to complain about!

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

The best part was coming out with a new appreciation of my body and how amazing it is. I wouldn't change a thing!
