I asked Melissa a few questions about her experience and here are her responses!

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? No, I haven’t!
Why did you do your boudoir shoot? My body has changed, and while I feel comfortable in my skin, I didn’t necessarily love my body.
What was your favorite part of the session? I loved feeling sexy and having the photos to look back at to remember that feeling.
What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? It was a bit of everything. My body has changed and didn’t really love the look of it. My husband and I were in a car accident 6 months before my shoot with an impaired driver and really needed to take some time for myself, to do something for myself, and to help me feel better about myself.
Was your experience what you were expecting? It was, and I loved it!
What was the best part of your experience? Having the photos to look back on!
