Hey lovely Queens!

I've said it before, but I'll say it again: Boudoir is about giving yourself permission to see the parts of you that are so often overlooked. It's about stepping out of the day-to-day roles we all get stuck in and reconnecting with the version of yourself that deserves to feel bold, beautiful, and celebrated!

The gorgeous Queen K's session served as a wonderful reminder of the shift that happens during and after a session. At first, it’s totally normal to feel nervous or unsure; most of my Queens do! But then, little by little, the walls come down and confidence creeps in! It’s about walking away with a new perspective, one that says, “Oh yeah… that’s me. I’ve always been this woman.”

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If so, how does your shoot with Quinn compare to your prior experience?

My very first shoot ever!

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

I first signed up for the giveaway shoot (that's how I heard about Quinn). Then, I just wanted to have something that made me feel beautiful. Like many women, I struggle with my self-esteem. Let's do something to boost that!

What was your favourite part of the session?

How easy and chill it was! Quinn was amazing to work with!

What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? Tell me your story.

Confidence boost! To see images of yourself that you'd never thought possible is quite an eye-opener! I always struggle with compliments and when people tell me I look good. My brain tells me they're just being nice, or they only see what I let them see, so they don't know about the lumps and bumps I'm hiding. But to be able to see that side of me.. game changer!

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

It was definitely what I hoped it would be!

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

I think the best part was going home and everything sinking in and knowing how kick ass it was!
