Queen Erin: Finding Courage In Vulnerability

Hey there, lovely Queens,
Every woman who walks into our studio carries a story. Some are looking to celebrate, others to reconnect—but every single one is here to reclaim something. Sometimes it’s confidence. Sometimes it’s power. And sometimes, it’s simply the space to feel seen in a new way.
This particular session was a deeply personal one. Queen E came to us during a time of immense transition, carrying the weight of a hard year and the echoes of a difficult journey.
She told us openly that she was struggling with self-worth, body image, and the heavy aftermath of depression, but she also came in with a spark of hope. A hope that maybe, just maybe, she could see herself a little differently on the other side of boudoir.
And let me tell you—she showed up with more courage than she realizes.
While the experience wasn’t always easy, what struck us most was her honesty, her heart, and the vulnerability she allowed herself to share with us. “I didn’t expect to be treated like royalty,” she told us afterward. “But that’s exactly how I felt.” That alone speaks volumes.
There’s something sacred about photographing someone who’s still in the thick of it—someone who hasn’t tied everything up with a bow, but is brave enough to show up anyway.
These are the moments where boudoir becomes more than a photo session. It becomes an act of resilience.
She may not see it yet, but her story—and her images—hold a kind of quiet power. The kind that whispers to every woman who doubts her worth, you’re not alone. That’s why she’s choosing to share her photos: knowing how important it is for other women to feel the way we made her feel, even if just for a moment.
"I think all women deserve to feel the way you make them feel, and if my photos and story can encourage that for someone, then I am on board!"
And we’ll be here cheering her on until the day she can look at those images and see what we see: a Queen, through and through.
